 We would consider offers to just the right home.  This is a FANTASTIC gelding just waiting for the right person to come along.

Perry rescued a puppy one day when I was at work.  He guard that puppy until I came over to see what he was doing.  Once I had the puppy in hand he wandered off to the pasture with the other horses, his work was done.

Perry has played baby sitter with foals.  He is one of those geldings that have infinite patience with the young stock.  Even when they think his sheath is a fine substitute for their dam's teats!  He keeps the colts in their place and teaches them how to play without getting too rough.  Even sharing his feed bucket with the youngsters, something that he doesn't do with the older boys.

Perry is a passive dominant horse, which puts him at the top of the pecking order in our herd.  However, he doesn't abuse his authority.  He's a very easy going leader, happy to let another take the reins if they push too hard.

We've saddled Perry, and bridled him, too.  He's longed and had polo wraps on.  He's also trained to use a "Hoof Jack", which helps in cleaning and trimming his hooves.
